1. Defective or Damaged Items

2. Tailored and Personalised Items

Please note that items that are tailored or personalised specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded.

 

3. Incorrect Orders

3.1. If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team at info@hoodjabi.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order.

3.2. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and any shipping costs incurred will be covered by Hoodjabi Ltd.

 

4. Cancellation and Returns of Orders

4.1. For online purchases, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

4.2. All return requests must be made either:

  • Through your Hoodjabi customer account, or
  • By emailing our customer service team directly at info@hoodjabi.co.uk.
    Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
    4.3. No refunds will be issued if the item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use (e.g., makeup stains, perfume, or damage). All items must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Items returned without their original packaging or tags will not be eligible for a refund.

    4.4. Return postage costs for cancelled or unwanted orders must be covered by the customer.
    4.5. If you paid for shipping when placing your order, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

5. International Orders

5.1. Customers placing international orders are responsible for covering any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the laws of their country.

5.2. If an international customer wishes to return an item, they will be responsible for all return postage costs.

5.3. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders, including international orders.
