1. Defective or Damaged Items

1.2. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage before determining the appropriate solution.

2. Tailored and Personalised Items

Please note that items that are tailored or personalised specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Incorrect Orders

3.2. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and any shipping costs incurred will be covered by Hoodjabi ltd.

4. Cancellation of Orders

4.1. For online purchases, if you change your mind you have 14 days to request a refund. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of recieving your return. No refunds will be issued if the item has been worn or has makeup stains.
